Jubal calls a frustrated cell phone customer who hasn’t been getting the best reception as of late, and he pretends to work for her old provider. The customer recently left her old provider, and switched to a new one in the hopes of finding a fix. That doesn’t stop Jubal however! He’s determined to help her out… if only the call didn’t keep cutting out!
