Jennica MaeFor the past three years, Lauv has been adding songs to a playlist called I met you when I was 18. All the songs — including his hit “Like Me Better” — were inspired by his time as a student at New York University, during which he fell in love for the first time.  Now the playlist is finally complete.

Lauv has just released the final four songs: “Bracelet,” “Paranoid,” “Never Not” and “Enemies.”  In a statement, he says, “I met you when I was 18. is a collection of songs, a story…that, since I released my first song ‘The Other’ in 2015, has been told a bit out of order. In pieces, in fragments & in moments reminisced, but now here it is, in it’s entirety: I met you when I was 18. Not an album, but a body of work nonetheless. I hope you enjoy.”

Next up for Lauv is a series of festival dates, including Outside Lands, Lollapalooza and Firefly.  July 26, he’ll open for Demi Lovato in Atlantic City, NJ, her only East Coast concert of the summer. Lauv will then open for Ed Sheeran on his fall North American stadium tour, while simultaneously headlining his own fall world tour.

Look for Lauv to perform on NBC’s Today show June 14.
