Island RecordsCongratulations to Shawn Mendes, who just landed his third straight number one album on the Billboard 200 chart with his recently released self-titled effort.

The 19-year-old singer becomes the third youngest artist to score three #1 albums on the tally, with only Justin Bieber and Miley Cyrus earning that feat at younger ages.

According to Billboard, the disc moved 182,000 equivalent album units during its first week out in the United States, with 142,000 of that total being traditional album sales.

Upon hearing the news, Shawn thanked his fans with a video message on Twitter, saying, “I just want to say that I love you guys to death, and thank you for listening and buying the album — and telling people to listen to it, and supporting me.”

Other newcomers to the top 10 include rapper Pusha T‘s Daytona, debuting at #3 with 77,000 equivalent album units, and A$AP Rocky‘s Testing, coming in right behind at number four with 75,000.
