The latest trailer shows Queen frontman Freddie Mercury’s strained relationship with his family, the rumors swirling around his sexuality and his desire to be a voice for the outcasts of society.

When asked what makes Queen different from any of the other rock bands out there, Rami Malek as Mercury replies, “We’re four misfits who don’t belong together, we’re playing for other misfits, for the outcasts right at the back of the room who are pretty sure they don’t belong either. We belong to them.”

The film, which follows the band’s rise to fame, hits theaters November 2.
