Frazer Harrison/Getty ImagesLady Gaga can’t say enough good things about her A Star Is Born director Bradley Cooper, so you might assume that they’d want to work together again. Well, they might, but Gaga’s not talking about it.

Gaga told reporters backstage at the Critics’ Choice Awards Sunday that she’d love to collaborate with Cooper on future projects, but those plans will remain “in a locked box” for now.

“Bradley, I am convinced, will be making many future films and brilliant ones,” she says in the video clip posted to Deadline. “I would of course be very happy and lucky to be working with him again. But, you know, the truth is, he’s my friend and I want him to create the art and cast the actresses and cast the cast the way that he wants.”

She continues, “I will always be supportive of him in whatever way he chooses to go, and I feel the same way from him. We talk about future films for me, he gives me advice. He’s wonderful, but as far as future collaborations, I guess that’s going to stay a secret in a locked box somewhere.”

But whether she works with Bradley again or not, Gaga says she “will definitely continue acting.”

“I love acting,” she says. “I loved acting on American Horror Story as the Countess for Ryan Murphy, and I loved acting in A Star Is Born for Bradley Cooper. It was a tremendous experience, and I want to continue to do more, but I am a bit spoiled. I’ve had some fantastic directors and fantastic visionaries.”

Gaga picked up the Critics’ Choice Award for Best Song and tied for Best Actress with Glenn Close.
