ABC/Randy HolmesKaty Perry has finally found a buyer for one of her Hollywood Hills homes.

According to Variety, the singer has unloaded her former home for $9.45 million; she first put it on the market almost two-and-a-half years ago.

The Spanish-style residence has four bedrooms and four full and two half bathrooms spread throughout its various structures. The property includes the main residence, a small guard house, a semi-detached two-story guesthouse with a limousine-length garage and a fitness pavilion.

It also boasts an outdoor pizza oven, meditation gardens and an outdoor amphitheater.

Variety reports the buyer is famed restaurateur Michael Chow, who owns the Mr. Chow franchise.

Katy first acquired the 2.5-acre property in April 2013 for $8.2 million from oil heiress Aileen Getty. Katy also owns the smaller property right next door, which she bought from Getty in a separate transaction that same month. It’s unclear if that property is also being sold.

Additionally, Katy owns two homes in Beverly Hills and has been involved in an ongoing battle to buy a convent in Los Feliz and convert it into a private family compound.  Now that she’s engaged, however, she and fiance Orlando Bloom may have other plans for real estate portfolio.
