ABC/Paula LoboAs Demi Lovato continues with her sobriety, she’s making sure to take care of herself in every way. The singer even sent herself a bouquet of flowers recently, sharing a message of self-care on her Instagram Story.
“Cause sometimes you gotta send yourself flowers… #selflove,” she captioned the photo of the pink roses.
Along with the bouquet, she also enclosed a message for herself as a reminder of her worth.
“You’re beautiful. You’re loved. And you’re worthy of a happy and healthy life,” the card read.
The post came one day after Demi posted a photo of her most recent tattoo: a rose on the side of her index finger.
Earlier this week, it was reported that Demi split with her boyfriend, fashion designer Henry Levy, after four months of dating. The two met in rehab.
