The Nashville Tennessean reports that after her show, Pink made a surprise appearance at Tootsie’s Orchid Lounge, one of the most legendary honky-tonks in Music City.  According to the venue’s director of operations, Pink showed up at the VIP area of Tootsie’s around 11:45pm and asked if it was O.K. if she jumped on stage and played a few songs.

Video posted by the paper shows Pink singing “Me and Bobby McGee,” the classic written by legendary singer/songwriter Kris Kristofferson and made famous by the late Janis Joplin.  The director of operations also said Pink hung out with the bar’s patrons as well.

The establishment, which dates back to 1960 under its current name, has three stages devoted to live music, which have played host to countless country stars over the years.  Most notably, country legend Willie Nelson landed his first gig as a songwriter after he performed there.
