Shock Collar Question – June 15

Jose is wearing the Shock Collar this morning!

Today’s question: In 1912…. A chocolatier from Cleveland named Clarence A. Crane was looking to create a “summer candy” – a confection that would not melt during July and August, as his chocolate often would.

So after many test runs, he came up with something he thought would work and even found inspiration for the candy when he sat on the docks, during lunch time near the Cleveland Harbor.

Unfortunately for him he sold the patent for less than $3,000 before it got huge… and now (over a hundred years later)…the candy is sold all over the world. Name that candy?
