The singer has been named the face of Kenzo’s La Collection Memento No2 Spring 2018 campaign, modeling bright and bold styles inspired by the decade Kenzo Jeans was born.

The campaign, shot on location in Paris, features pieces including a green cropped sweatshirt and baseball cap emblazoned with the original Kenzo logo. Britney also modeled a cropped denim jacket, denim bathing suit and lace-up thigh high boots; and a pink and green tropical print ensemble.

“This collection is very youthful,” Britney tells Vogue. “We had fun on set, even though it was a bit weird for me at first. I am used to shooting in a studio or a small space, and this was on the street. We were out there and I had really promiscuous clothes on, which felt odd, but, of course, on film it turned out to be really cool.”

These days, as mom to two boys Sean and Jaden, Britney leaves her fashion risks for the photoshoots.

“I think when I was younger I took so many risks and really went for it,” she says. “…I think as a mother you hold back from that out of fear of embarrassing your kids and out of respect for them.”

The Kenzo campaign marks her first fashion ads since her Candie’s campaigns in the early-mid 2000s.
