Yoga builds self-esteem, helps children focus, calms and is fun! Partnering with Sōl Yoga Collective, we’re offering two age-specific opportunities this month for children to experience the combined benefits of literacy and yoga at the downtown library (610 Quincy Street, upstairs in Meeting Room B).
· Monday, June 18 from 9:30 – 10:00 a.m. for ages 7 – 12
The library will have a limited number of mats available or feel free to bring your own.
