Set new intentions for the season ahead! Join us at the downtown library (610 Quincy Street, upstairs), Monday, March 11 from 6 – 7 p.m. and appreciate how essential oils can help cleanse the body and mind, enhance your yoga experience and start you on a journey to new beginnings.
Teachers from Sōl Yoga Collective will guide and encourage you. Mats and blocks are available or bring your own. Teens are welcome!
