Today’s question: There’s a very common phrase that people use in everyday speech and it’s the phrase “rubbing someone the wrong way.” It means doing something to annoy or irritates someone else. But, did you know it comes from Colonial America? Back then it referred to one specific thing that would annoy wealthy land owners. What was it?
